Things to know...

• Orders placed before 12pm are picked, packed and shipped the same day!
• We ship with DPD and Royal Mail on smaller items and use UPS for our international customers.
• The cut off for Special Delivery is 12pm.
• During busier periods such as Black Friday and Bank Holidays orders can take an extra working day to ship.
• Standard delivery in the UK is Royal Mail 1st Class Signed For or a DPD Next Day service.
• Orders over £50 that qualify for FREE SHIPPING are sent using a DPD Next Day.
• You will be notified via email once your parcel has been dispatched and all tracking will be updated.

Delivery charges are as follows:

Saver - Royal Mail 2nd Class  (3-5 Days) - £4.49

Express - Royal Mail 1st Class  (1-3 Days) - £5.49

Speedy - DPD Next Day Delivery (Usually 1 Working Day) ) - £7.49

Before 1pm - DPD  Guaranteed Next Day Delivery Pre 1pm - £13.50

Before 10am - DPD  Guaranteed Next Day Delivery Pre 10am - £21.50

Saturday - Guaranteed Saturday Delivery - £13.50

FREE SHIPPING on orders over £50

PRE-ORDER - Items purchased on PRE ORDER will include a guideline date for when we expect the item to arrive. If an order is placed with one or more items marked as PRE ORDER, the entire order will be held back and shipped as one when all items are in stock and ready to ship. This helps to cut down on emissions, packaging and cost.

If this isn't suitable and you would like your order to be shipped separately, please contact us to let us know, however this may incur extra postage fees.
