How do pre orders work?

We get asked this a lot! Items are put on pre order for a couple of reasons. Sometimes we sell out of something before we can place a new order. Annoying for you...but it does mean something is selling quickly (good for us!) Other times, we get a lovely heads up from our amazing brands that they have something new and exciting launching. Popping it on pre order means you see it before anyone else and then we can send it out to you quick time!

A lot of our products come from Europe or even further which means they can take over a week to make their way to us. If we add a note that an item is on pre order, we will always include an expected delivery date.

I'm not always at home to receive parcels, does it have to be sent signed for?

We do have a 2nd class shipping option for items under £20. However, we can only ship orders above £20 on a signed for basis. This is to make sure everything we send can be traced.

My country isn't on your shipping list, can i purchase?

If you can't find your country, send us a quick message here and we will let you know your options. Sometimes the standard international delivery option isn't available and so it would need a custom price.

How do i purchase a gift card?

To purchase a gift card click here. We will then email the gift card along with a link, you just copy the code at the checkout stage and your voucher amount will be removed.

Where do i enter a discount code?

Once you have your items in your basket you can select to CHECKOUT. Once on the checkout page there is a box under your items for you to enter your code. Click apply and your discount amount will show.

How can i track my order?

Once your item has been shipped we will always send you a notification email letting you know. This will include all your tracking information along with a handy link to track until you receive.

I have a brand i would love for The Bebe Hive to stock, who do i tell?
