Q) I received a shipped notification but i haven't received my order?
A) We aim to ship all orders placed before 12pm the same day and your order page is updated with your tracking info once it has been shipped. Royal Mail currently have good service levels however they are seeing delays in some areas due to the increase in demand. If you are expecting your parcel, please allow an additional 1-3 days before making contact.
Q) I ordered a cushion from Betty's Home but it hasn't arrived?
A) Betty's Home products are shipped directly from the Betty's Home HQ in Poland. The cushions are handmade and take up to 7 days to make and we suggest an additional 7 days for the cushions to make their way to you. Due to the current situation some couriers are seeing delays in some areas and so it is possible the shipping time could be slightly longer. Your order page will be update with tracking once your order has shipped.
Q) I ordered a product from Plum but haven't received notification that it has shipped?
A) Plum products are currently being shipped directly from the supplier. Plum are currently experiencing a huge increase in demand and have an advised lead time of up to 20 working days.
